Delivery Policy
1. Delivery method
All e-books purchased in our E-Transformacja store are delivered in digital form. This means that after payment, you will receive immediate access to the downloadable files - without having to wait for a physical shipment.
2. Order processing time
✅ Instant delivery – after successful payment, the e-book is automatically available for download.
✅ The download link is sent to your email address and is available in the customer panel on our website.
3. File format
We offer e-books in the following formats:
📄 PDF – perfect for reading on computers and tablets.
📖 EPUB – compatible with most e-readers (e.g. PocketBook, Kobo).
📚 MOBI – adapted to Kindle readers.
4. Problems downloading the file
If you encounter any difficulties downloading the eBook:
🔹 Check the Spam folder in your email inbox.
🔹 Please make sure you provide a valid email address when purchasing.
🔹 Try downloading the file again from your client panel.
🔹 Contact our support department - we will help you as soon as possible!
5. Download link validity period
Each purchased eBook can be downloaded an unlimited number of times, but the download link may have an expiration date. If necessary, contact us to reactivate access.
6. No shipping costs
Because our products are delivered electronically, you do not incur any additional shipping costs.

Returns and exchanges policy
1. Can I return a purchased e-book?
Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds after purchase. Once a file has been downloaded, it cannot be returned or exchanged, as a digital product cannot be "returned" like a physical item.
2. Exceptions to the no-returns policy
In special cases, we may consider a refund or exchange if:
✅ E-book not delivered – you did not receive a download link after payment.
✅ The file is corrupted - the e-book does not open in any of the supported formats.
✅ You received the wrong product – the file you downloaded is different from the one you ordered.
If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 14 days of purchase with the following information:

3. How to report a problem?
In case of any difficulties, please contact us via the contact form or email. Our team will try to solve the problem as soon as possible and provide you with access to the correct file.
4. E-book exchange
If the e-book file is damaged or not as ordered, we offer a free exchange for the correct product. We do not exchange e-books for other titles if the purchase was made correctly.
5. Copyright protection
Purchased eBooks are for personal use only. All returns and exchanges are subject to verification to prevent abuse. We do not accept returns resulting from cancellations after the file has been downloaded.
